Jest absolwentką Wydziału Farmaceutycznego Akademii Medycznej w Łodzi. W 1978 roku otrzymała stopień dr. n. farm., w 1995 r. dr. hab. n. farm., a w 1999 r. stanowisko prof. nadzw. AM.
Od 1995 r. jest kierownikiem Zakładu Bromatologii na Wydziale Farmaceutycznym Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi. Kieruje organizacją zajęć dydaktycznych z bromatologii i dietetyki na I roku kosmetologii. Od 2001 r. jest prezesem Oddziału Łódzkiego Polskiego Towarzystwa Farmaceutycznego. Prof. Anna Wędzisz jest autorem bądź współautorem 135 prac naukowych.
A graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University in Lodz. In 1978 she was awarded the degree of dr n. farm. (PharmD), in 1995 dr hab. n. farm. and in 1999 the position of prof. nadzw. AM (associate professor of the Medical University). Since 1995 she has been the head of the Department of Bromatology at the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University in Lodz. She leads the arrangement of classes in the field of bromatology and dietetics at the 1st year of cosmetology. Since 2001 she has been the president of Lodz Division of the Polish Pharmaceutical Society. She is the author or a co-author of 135 scientific papers.
